I’m lucky enough to work from home more than half the time. It means early starts (usually online before 7am) and long days (ending circa 6) but the breaks walking the dogs are so much nicer than hitting the Burritoville in the Chrysler Building (although they do have the best mass-produced burritos, and some of the best in New York- see La Taqueria in Park Slope for the best)
anyway, i saw some dilbert crap on CNN related to the working from home crowd and it made me chuckly. I certainly don’t shave for weeks when not going into the office, and usually spend my day in birkenstocks, t-shirt and shorts. I might don a collared shirt for a video conference, but generally, i’m a bum. it’s awesome to have my dog under my bare feet while getting paid.
